Please join us for a multi-POD discussion centered around the 2024-2025 UW Go Big Read selection, Sitting Pretty: The View from My Ordinary Resilient Disabled Body by Rebekah Taussig. This is an excellent opportunity to interact with members from all five Paths of Distinction (Bioethics, Interprofessional Practice and Education, Medical Education, Public Health, and Research).
Reading the book prior to the event is not required. All are welcome and encouraged to attend, whether you have read the book or are just curious about its message and arguments.
